No direction at nearly 30. 29 year old male. I went to college but dropped out after 3 years due to declining grades and not knowing what I wanted to really major in. Switched between Film Studies, History, and Sociology. Have been working in retail/restaurant jobs up until 3 years ago when I quit a to play poker for a living.. Make a plan, acknowledge the sacrifices you’re going to have to make to stay afloat, and start steeling yourself for it. But in a longer perspective, it sounds like you might be depressed. Difficulty following through on things. No passion or notable goals. Being content with unsatisfactory levels of dependence.
